TAYONG DALAWA’s Thanksgiving Press Conference

Tayong Dalawa was simply our personal favorite ABS-CBN teleserye in the year 2009.  It stars three of the most popular young stars of local show business today –  Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, at Jake Cuenca.

It was May 2009 at Events Place in Quezon City when the staff and crew of Tayong Dalawa threw a Thanksgiving Party for everyone, for the great success of the show:  highest ratings and superb performances from the cast — from veteran actresses Ms. Helen Gamboa, Ms. Gina Pareño, and Ms. Anita Linda, to the ever-reliable Agot Isidro, Cherry Pie Picache, and Alessandra de Rossi.   Also present were directors Trina Dayrit and Ruel Bayani, Mr. Deo Endrinal, and Mr Rondel Lindayag.

In the said teleserye, Coco Martin won his first Best Drama Actor award from the 23rd PMPC Star Awards for Television, as well as Ms Gina Pareño as Best Drama Actress for the same program.  It was also in this program where critics noticed Jake Cuenca’s remarkable improvement in his matured acting.  Eventually, the show became one of the most awarded-drama series of the Kapamilya network of recent times.
